The recall was done within 36 hours and a check engine light had come on the previous day which was also sorted out while it was in the workshop

I am disappointed as I flagged up two ongoing issues prior to the service: 1. Message boot not closing properly - this was reset satisfactorily. 2. Message tyre pressure is low. I was told couldn't find a fault but had reset message still appearing.

Alex was brilliant and Chris too. We were kept informed of updates and we were responded to very quickly. Handover was thorough and Alex set up our phone to the car.
